Apply for a
FreedomTech Loan

The following steps are for applying for a FreedomTech loan:

• Complete the Loan Inquiry Form – To complete the inquiry form, click here or call 916-737-5358 to find out if you're eligible for the program. The program coordinator will contact you to determine if you meet the initial program requirements.
• Download the Loan Application – Click here to download the FreedomTech loan application or contact us to request a mailed loan application.
• Submit Your Loan Application – Follow the instructions included in the application package.
• Loan Processing/Underwriting – The program coordinator will review your application package for completeness and submit it to the underwriting team for final review. Loan approval or denial will be issued within 30 days from the date we receive your loan application.
• Sign Loan Documents – If approved, loan documents will be mailed out for you to sign and return.
• Check Issued – Once we receive your signed loan documents, a check will be issued to pay for the assistive technology.
